No, you are provided with download links that allow you to save and print the letters on your own printer.
How much does a personalized Santa Letter cost?
You can use our easy letter creator to create Santa Letters totally free. We also have a Deluxe letter set that includes a personalized letter, envelope and door hanger for just $1.99. The Deluxe letter set is higher resolution for optimal printing results.
Is there a limit to how many free letters I can create?
Yes, we limit the amount of free letters per person due to the server resources and file storage costs to create and store them.
How do I print the letter?
We suggest you use Adobe Reader for best results. In Adobe reader, choose "Print Setup" from the file menu ("Page Setup" on a Mac). Select "US Letter" in the U.S. and Canada, or "A4" for the rest of the world. Click ok. Now choose "File" and "Print" and make sure that when using the "A4" size the Page Scaling option is set to "Shrink to Printable Area".
How do I print the envelope?
We suggest you use Adobe Reader for best results. In Adobe reader, choose "Print Setup" from the file menu ("Page Setup" on a Mac). Select envelope type "No. 10" in the U.S. and Canada, or "DL Envelope" for the rest of the world. Then choose "File" and "Print" and make sure Page Scaling option is set to "Shrink to Printable Area" and "Auto-Rotate and Center" is checked.
How do I print the door hanger?
We suggest you use Adobe Reader for best results. In Adobe reader, choose "Print Setup" from the file menu ("Page Setup" on a Mac). Select "US Letter" in the U.S. and Canada, or "A4" for the rest of the world. Click ok. Now choose "File" and "Print" and make sure that the Page Scaling option is set to "Shrink to Printable Area". After printing, simply cut out the hanger with scissors.
How long will my letter be available for download?
Free letters are kept online for only 24 hours and then deleted to free up server space. It's crucial that you download your free letters as soon as possible. After they are deleted, they unfortunately cannot be recovered.

Deluxe letter download links will work until January 30th.
What if the letter is blank when I download it?
This is very common problem if you are using an older version of Adobe Reader. Download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader.
What if I don't receive my download links email?
Often the download email will end up in Spam or Junk mail folders. All emails with a correct address are automatically and correctly emailed by our system. Because of the massive volume of free letters that are created each day, we are unable to manually resend your letters or offer support for this problem. The only reason you wouldn't receive the download email is if you entered an incorrect email address, so be sure to double check your email on the last step.

If you purchased a Deluxe letter, and we'll happily assist you with your download links. Note that Deluxe letters are sent to the email address that is associated with the paypal account you paid with.
Do you offer refunds?
If you purchased our Deluxe letter package and are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase for up to 30 days after the sale. Just and let us know. We want you to be happy!
